European Board.
At Innovis, we strive to promote individual autonomy and accountability among our members as much as possible. However, there are certain significant decisions that require a level of European coordination, for which we have a Board consisting of three members.
Our Board Members are always available to provide information and clarifications to both Innovis members and potential partners or students interested in joining. Each Board Member is responsible for a department within Innovis and oversees its proper functioning.

Majoring in Mechanical Engineering as well as Finance and Accounting at the TUM motivated me to dive deeper into the dynamic world of Venture Capital. I am honored to represent Innovis VC as a board member and convinced that we empower the potential of every single member to fuel innovation and redefine industries. As Head of Ventures, I look forward to shaping the organization and further mature alongside Innovis.

Through unwavering dedication, I've grown within Innovis, amassing valuable experiences and knowledge. Advisory Board.
To ensure even better functioning of Innovis, the European Board has established an Advisory Board composed of former Board Members who serve as expert advisors to the current Board Members. This body plays an essential role and can provide invaluable suggestions and advice.

Local Heads of Department.
Within each hub, there are three Heads of Department, one for each hub, who are responsible for managing local activities. They regularly meet among themselves and with the Board Members to ensure optimal coordination among the various hubs. The Heads of Departments are well acquainted with the specificities of each hub and can adapt European decisions to local needs.
