Internal Structure.

Innovis VC is a complex organisation and therefore requires an elaborated structure to keep it running. Here you can learn how our internal structure works and get a better understanding of how we manage to coordinate our Hubs across Europe!

To manage our operations more effectively and ensure clarity across functions and local Hubs, Innovis VC has adopted a modular and function-driven organizational structure.

At the core is the Executive Board, composed of dedicated Executive Board Members for Ventures, Operations, Brand Management, and Partner Management. The Executive Board makes strategic decisions and collaborate closely with the Advisory Board, as well as oversees key initiatives led by Directors such as Partner Management, Newsletter, Innovis Consulting, and the Operations Task Force (covering Legal, Finance, and IT).

Each functional area - Ventures, Operations, Brand Management, and Partner Management - is led by Heads, who are responsible for managing their respective verticals across Hubs. They are supported by specialised Associates to implement activities at the local level.

The structure is further strengthened by the involvement of Analysts and Trainees, who actively contribute to projects, research, and innovation across all teams, serving as a vital part of Innovis’ growth and learning environment.

Executive Board.

The Executive Board is composed of four members elected for a one-year term from among the members of Innovis VC. Each member is responsible for a department, a specific area of activity within Innovis VC, and coordinates various managers to carry out important projects that have a significant impact on the entire association. The Executive Board focuses on strategic decisions that require a high level of coordination.

Our Board Members are always available to provide information and clarifications to both Innovis members and potential partners or students interested in joining.

Board Member | Ventures

Originally from Paris and raised in New York City, I study at IE Business School in Madrid. Having lived and studied in four countries across three continents, I bring an international perspective to Innovis VC. With experience in entrepreneurship, growth strategy for early-stage startups, and investment research, my focus is on streamlining operations and building efficient systems that support the long-term success of our organization. I strongly believe in open communication and encourage members across all hubs to reach out with ideas, feedback, or questions.

Silvia Audebrand

Board Member | Operations

Coming from Warsaw, Poland, I am an Economics and Management student at Bocconi University. I am currently dedicating my time to scaling an entrepreneurial mindset within the European youth. Apart from leading the Ventures department at Innovis VC, I am also directing the events at START Milan. I’m originally from Thailand and currently studying Computational Social Science at the University of Amsterdam. Over time, I’ve developed a strong interest in startups, innovation, and venture capital. Through my experiences working with startups, I’ve really enjoyed using analytical thinking and data-driven approaches to understand challenges and uncover new opportunities. At Innovis VC, I’m excited to be part of a community of ambitious students and to help strengthen our presence across Europe.
