Process.

Outreach & Project Selection

Interested startups or partners apply for our services through an onboarding form. Our consulting task force then reviews and selects projects based on quality and availability.
Recruitment

Once a project is confirmed, Innovis VC members are notified. Consultants can apply to join, and 4–6 are selected based on merit and project fit.
Project Execution

The project is carried out within 2–4 weeks. Using predefined frameworks, our consultants ensure strong structure, consistent quality, and actionable insights.
Final Presentation

At the end of the project, consultants present their findings and recommendations directly to the client, followed by feedback and discussion.
